Apartment Rules For Misdemeanors - Some Examples

Apartment Rules For Misdemeanors - How do you "get past the rules" and get me accepted?

There are rules and thankfully different complexes have different rules. Chances are, we can find you a place in the price range and area you want who will accept you.  But I play by their rules - I know their rules and I know which places are for you.

I  NEVER SUGGEST YOU LIE OR USE SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME.

Some of the common rules include:

  • A limit on the number of misdemeanors within a certain time period
  • A limit on the Misdemeanor Class (Example: Only Misdemenar C & Misdemeanor B - no Misdemeanor A's accepted.)
  • No misdemeanors at all within a certain time period (like 2 or 5 years)
  • No Misdemeanors of a certain type: No Violence or Terrorism Charges or Sexual Charges
  • No Repeat of a Misdemeanor (example: only 1 Misdemeanor for Possession of Marijuana)
  • No Misdemeanors at All except traffic
  • Only certain Misdemeanors (example: Traffic, DWI, and Theft by Check)
There are over 500 rules for the 2500 apartments in my database. You can't learn them all. Just go to my site: www.AptFindMisdemeanors.com and complete a FIND MY TX APT FORM to get started with my Free Service. Chances are, we can find you a place in the price range and area you want who will accept you.
