I give a Rebate because it is just good business.  I know you are more likely to get back to me and tell me to bill the apartments if you have "some skin in the game". 

I know my major value is in the service I provide.  But the way my business is, I can deliver great service and then not know you have moved in.  I then can't feed my family.

The apartments only pay me when you list me on the Guest Card and on the Lease Application PLUS you have to call me with the Complex Name, Unit Number, and Move-In Date. Most apartments will no longer provide locators with this information so they can bill - we have to get the information from our clients.

I want to give you a reason to report back to me.  I am running a business and I know the best way to get you to report the move in is to give you a Rebate Check.
