Can You Get Me Approved With My Misdemeanor? That's the #1 Question I get.

I wouldn't be in business for 5+ years if the answer was No.  But let me qualify that, it really depends on the entire case.



Most of my clients have several issues or requirements for their next apartment. The following are some examples.

  1. Price Range
  2. Location - Zip, Area of Town, or School area
  3. Misdemeanor or Misdemeanors (charges and time period that has elapsed)
  4. Transportation Needs (Bus, Rail, Highway Access)
  5. Prior Rental History (broken leases and or evictions
  6. Gross Income (income before taxes and social security)
  7. Style of Property (flats, townhouses, Villas)
Most clients have a combination of factors that I need to solve. There are situations where a client wants a $600 apartment in a certain area (example: Elementary School) and the income or criminal issues just don't give them any options.   This becomes even tougher if the client has a broken lease, a low gross income and wants access to a bus.

I guess what I am saying is that if you are flexible, I can find you a place. If you can't be flexible, I'll try but it is possible there won't be any choices if you have more than a few specific needs.
