Once you are my client, I may ask you to run your Credit Report. Here's why...
My ability to help you find an apartment that will deal with your charges greatly depends on your rental history. If you think you have a broken lease and/or an eviction, I need for you to complete these 6 steps - below.
Many of my clients think they have an eviction or a broken lease and they don't. If we tell the apartment you do, when you don't, it may result in a much higher deposit for you.

- This normally takes 20 minutes to an hour
- The site will ask you about 6 questions to verify "you are you". Like "did you ever live at this address" or "was this ever your phone".
- When presented with extra charge offers, like Credit Scores or ID Theft protection, SAY NO.
- When asked what credit agency to check - check all 3 (you will then cycle through all 3). It is possible something is on one and not another.
- Evictions are listed as civil JUDGMENTS and Broken Leases are listed as COLLECTIONS with either the name of the apt or management company in the reference.
- Email me with dates, amounts, of your credit report so we can figure a way to get by the issues. DO NOT E-MAIL ME YOUR REPORT.
