What does the AptFindMisdemeanors.com Service cost and how do you get paid

My service is Free to you; the apartments pay my bill.  However, I need to feed my family.

I spend hours on each case and I need to be compensated for my time and expertise - just like you want to be paid for your work!

I need you to promise me to put my name down AND to email or call me back when you lease or I can't work for you. I will need the complex name, unit number, and move-in date; apartments can't tell me this - most consider it a violation of your privacy.

As a reward to you for getting back to me, and helping me bill the complex, when the apartment property pays my bill, I will send you a check as a "thank you".  It is a portion of my commissions and if you lease for a year, it can be quite sizable, but the amount depends on the length of the lease and the commission rate the apartment pays.

 Most clients tell me that I save them from $50 to $500 in lost application fees.  Some complexes pay their bills at 30 days from when you most in but most pay at 90 days (they want to make sure you remain at the property and pay your rent on time for at least 3 months).
